Kindred Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in Washington, D.C., US. The Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support to our clients. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, project management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the team on common issues and trending topics.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and excellent customer service.- Meet or exceed established KPIs and performance metrics.

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Reliable and confident personality traits.- Emotional intelligence and project management skills.- Must thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.
