As a Customer Service Representative II, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our customers.
You will collaborate with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure we meet our commitments and create a delightful experience at every step.
Success in this role requires exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to drive multiple projects toward completion.
As a valued member of our team, you will help us provide daily freight solutions for our global customers.
**Shift Details:**
+ Tuesday to Saturday, rotating schedule.
+ Shift: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM and 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Need to be flexible
**Pay Rate** **based on experience:**
+ Minimum: $ 17.50
+ Maximum: $ 18.00
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
+ Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
+ Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
+ Previous worked in a warehouse setting
+ Proficient in teams and Emails
+ Communication with drivers at all time
+ Must be able to be Sitting most of the time
+ Some fiscal work
**Qualifications for Success:** **Minimum Requirements:**
+ 1 year of experience in a customer service role
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office and other business-related applications.
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish.
+ Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Ability to thrive under pressure while exceeding customer expectations.

**Pay Details:** $17.50 to $18.00 per hour
