WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Organize and prioritize preparation of food itemsPrepare food according to standardized recipesEnsure proper size and weight of food portionsCoordinate food preparation with other kitchen staffMaintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shiftFollow standard recipes regarding presentation of food itemsPrepare plate presentation pursuant to standard recipesClean and maintain kitchen equipment and walk-in coolerEnsure that kitchen area, including grill, oven, stoves, etc.
