Load Planner - Dispatcher

Load Planner/Dispatcher position requires completing duties in conjunction with other members of the management team to ensure maximum growth and profitability of the company through efficient and safe operations and by responding quickly to our customers requirements. Providing quality transportation services in the St Louis Area and through the United States.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Load Planner to join our team. As a Load Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient movement of freight and managing the logistics of our transportation operations. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Analyze customer orders and determine the most efficient way to dispatch
- Utilize transportation management systems
- Coordinate with drivers, to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and track orders
- Communicate with customers regarding status, delays, and any other relevant information
- Collaborate with drivers optimize routes and maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies
- Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the transportation process

Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation management preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication with drivers and customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with logistics and transportation preferred
