Dieterich Bank is seeking a Loan Administration Manager to lead a successful team in our loan operations department at our Corporate Center.
The Loan Administration Manager plays a critical role in ensuring streamlined and compliant loan operations by overseeing key departments. Their responsibilities encompass:
Central Loan Processing (CLP): Managing the preparation and accuracy of loan documentation to ensure all necessary documents are properly prepared. Post-Closing: Ensuring the efficient tracking and maintenance of loan collateral documents post-origination, ensuring compliance and secure documentation handling. Systems Analyst: Overseeing the integration and maintenance of residential, commercial, and consumer loans in the Core system to ensure accurate record-keeping and accessibility. Loan Quality Control (including HMDA reporting): Monitoring quality control measures and compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring the accuracy of HMDA reporting. Qualifications: Must demonstrate our core values of Integrity, Value, Service Excellence, & Teamwork. 3+ years of experience leading a successful team that meets goals. 3+ years of experience in a commercial processing, loan closing, or similar role. Strong and sound decision-making abilities. Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and organization. Proficient in Microsoft Suite with advanced skills in Excel. Work Schedule: This position requires 40 hours each week with work generally being completed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Weekend and evening work may occur on an as-needed basis.
