\n Responsibilities Support the Loan Administration team in processing and closing new loan applications to provide borrowers with a smooth, efficient experience.Help manage the servicing of existing loans by accurately processing payments and handling related daily tasks with care and attention to detail.Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate scanning of documents, assist with physical filing after closing, and help maintain organized collateral records for both active and paid-off loans.Handle incoming mail, sorting and distributing it promptly to maintain efficient communication and workflow.Assist in tracking essential documentation by contacting insurance agents and title companies to obtain or update necessary information.Provide additional assistance with office tasks as needed, contributing to the seamless operation of the Loan Administration department. Preferred qualifications 1-2 years in customer service with a foundational knowledge of lending processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.Demonstrates meticulous accuracy and strong organizational abilities.Skilled in identifying and efficiently resolving issues.Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional and clear style.Collaborative approach to work with a strong willingness to support colleagues.
