Provide administrative, deposit, loan preparation/review/documentation/funding support to the Commercial Real Estate team. This person will,
Provide facilitation of loan closing process while providing superior customer service to the deal team and borrowers
Partner with Relationship Managers as primary liaison with customers, attorneys, inspectors, and title company representatives, during all phases of financing.
Responsible for ensuring approved credit presentation deal points are appropriately documented and communicate with member banks on timing and funding requirements
Confirm receipt and clearing of exceptions after loan closing
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
Experience
2-7 years experience in loan administration, and/or loan monitoring and loan closing; commercial/commercial real estate finance, law documentation, accounting, and data systems; reviewing and analyzing credit and loan documents; closing functions Preferred
