Loan Officer

Library of Congress Federal Credit Union is a successful credit union that serves primarily the employees of the Library of Congress. This position is located in our Washington, DC member service office on Independence Avenue.
We are searching for a qualified loan officer to underwrite, process, close, and disburse consumer loans in accordance with lending regulations, policies, and procedures.
Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma required.Applicants must have at least two years of consumer lending experience in a financial institution.RequirementsPleasant interpersonal and member service skills, demonstrated analytical, judgment and decision-making skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Qualified applicants must be proactive and work well in a team environment.
