Job Description: As a Loan Processor at MM Lending, you will leverage your exceptional technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail to process loan applications accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for verifying and analyzing loan documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining accurate records. Your ability to understand complex information and convey it succinctly will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in obtaining data from the borrower, including purchase contracts, repair scopes, budgets, and other relevant information specific to property flipping and rental investments.
Analyze credit reports, income documentation, and financial statements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Prepare, review and verify customized loan documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all loans. Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate loan processing. Initiate and follow up on title and appraisal orders to obtain reports within set deadline. Coordinate closing dates and times with borrowers and title companies. Process required releases upon receipt of payoffs. Desired Attributes: Quick and proactive in areas of expertise. Prefers structured environments and processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience as a loan processor or in a similar technical role. Proficiency in loan processing software and MS Office applications. High degree of accuracy and commitment to excellence. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
