You Value: Accuracy, Collaboration, Clean Energy Spend your days: Processing loans in alignment with CCEF's established procedures and policies, ensuring consistency and complianceCollaborating with the project intake team to gather and review loan documentation, preparing applications for final approvalWorking directly with borrowers to obtain credit information and address any inquiries – providing excellent customer serviceManaging various loan documentation processes, including title searches, insurance requirements, and regulatory reviewsCoordinating loan closings, calculating closing costs, and managing fund disbursementMaintaining accurate records throughout the loan lifecycleSupporting loan servicing functions, including processing the final closing of loans, payoff statements, and tracking outstanding loan documentationEvangelizing our mission in all that you do!
