Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Skills: Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Education: 1. BSN preferred.  2. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.  3. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.  4.
