The Location Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing coordination and administrative support for the Location Support team. This role will also coordinate Location Support integration with the Real Estate Development and Launch teams. The Location Support Coordinator will monitor the monthly expenses, team budgets, and financial reporting of capital projects for the team. Additionally, this role will respond to help ticket with adequate solutions providing customer satisfaction.
\n What You'll Do Provide coordination support.Work with vendors and the Location Support team to coordinate the scheduling, ordering of materials, and implementation of maintenance across all Life.Church locations.Educate and coordinate the use of software tools used in maintenance of locations.Coordinate the application, execution, and budgeting of maintenance related capital projects.Continually integrate with Launch and Real Estate Development both forward for future locations and backward for historical on current locations.Work with Launch Coordinators and Real Estate Development Director to aid with resources to serve locations. Provide administrative support.Coordinate with Risk, Legal, and Accounts Payable with regards to ensure proper compliance to insurance, contract navigation, and proper payment execution.Process invoices and other important documents(proposals, contracts, call lists, change orders, etc.).Set up and maintain Basecamp projects.Schedule and coordinate safety trainings for Life.Church employees. Skills Needed to SucceedEffective at multi-tasking, time management, and follow up in order to meet committed timelines.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to foster relationships and partnerships.Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, make independent decisions, and problem-solve.Strong guest relations and hospitality skills.High School Diploma or GED.Similar work experience preferred but not required.
