Reason for Coverage: MFM going on vacation Dates of Coverage: 10/3/24 until 10/15/24 Call Ratio: MFM will take all call Total Number of Beds: 5 Ultrasound machines Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 40 ultrasounds, 5 consults, ability to reduce schedule, if needed Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 No Other Fetal Maternal Medicine Physicians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates No APPs Provide Coverage Number of Exam Rooms: 5 Onsite Lab, Onsite Ultrasound Support Staff: 6 ultrasounds techs, MAs, office manager Nursery Level III Documentation System/EMR: EPIC/AS Ultrasound Software Trauma Level/Designation: Level I Required Procedures/Skill Sets:Specialized Ultrasound, Genetic Counseling, Amniocentesis, Fetal Echocardiogram, Genetic Disorders, Pre-Eclampsia, Multiple Pregnancy, Growth Restriction, Chromosomal Abnormalities, Congenital abnormalities, Hypertension, Birth Defects, Thrombophilia, Pre-term Labor
