The facility is located in northwest Louisiana. The position requires Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. A Louisiana license or eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the role involves working as a solo pathologist. The responsibilities include cutting and reviewing frozen sections, as well as handling various cancer cases and cytology ROSE procedures. The position includes surgical pathology and cytology cases, with no hematopathology or autopsy work involved.
