Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist Coverage Available in Iowa – April Start Primarily April – AugustTrauma Level II; Growing hospital cardiac surgery programPractice Setting: Hospital based.
On rare occasions may need to oversee CRNAs at the ASC if no cardiac cases are scheduled and a physician is needed at the ASC location.Documentation System/EMR: Cerner – moving to EPIC, some paperAverage Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: Cardiac surgeries 1/day, but not every day; 5-7 general cases/day.
