A reputable healthcare organization near Woodbury, CT, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team on a temporary basis to provide exceptional patient care. This role offers an excellent balance of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Highlights:Schedule:
3 clinic days per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.Some infrequent weekend and night call responsibilities.Weekend coverage: approximately 2-3 weekends per year.Night call: 1:10 rotation.Scope of Practice:
Mix of 80% hematology and 20% oncology.No internal medicine responsibilities.Focus on adult and geriatric patient care.Setting:
Combination of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic services.Estimated 10 patients per day for inpatient care and 15 patients per day in the outpatient clinic.Team Composition:
Join a well-established practice with 10 experienced physicians and 8 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).Technology:
