Locums Hospitalist Physician

We are seeking a Locums Hospitalist Physician to provide PRN coverage in Guttenberg, IA. The physician will work shifts of 24, 48, or 72 hours, from 8 AM to 8 AM. Weekend and on-call coverage will be required as needed. The hospital is a 25-bed facility that uses the EPIC EMR system.
The physician will be responsible for managing non-invasive ventilation, including BiPAP and CPAP, ventilation management, intubation (ETT/INT), and inserting chest tubes, central lines, and PICC lines. In addition, the physician must perform minor surgical duties, such as suturing minor lacerations and performing incision and drainage (I&D) procedures in gynecology, orthopedics, and surgery.
Requirements:Board Certified in Family Medicine (Board Eligible within 5 years of residency will also be considered)Active Iowa medical license or IMLC required at the time of submissionCertifications in BLS, ACLS, ATLS, NRP, and PALS are requiredGuttenberg is a charming town located along the scenic Mississippi River.
