• Supporting the Store Manager and CO-Manager in overseeing the operational functioning of the store• Driving revenue and managing the client experience• Coaching Associates on client interactions and performance• Performing opening and closing procedures• Making effective merchandising decisions• Ensuring optimal coverage and productivity in all areas of the store• Completing daily tasks to ensure store runs smoothly• Communicating effectively with clients and store associates
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Minimum six months Sales Associate experience• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
