Job Description:
Pay: $21/HR????????

Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday Friday 8am 4:30pm
+ 2 days in office, 3 days remote (this is ONLY until January 2025, all corporate employees are expected to return to office then so it is only hybrid through the end of the year)
Location: Tempe, AZ
Training: Training is 2 weeks hybrid ?

Contract Duration: 4 Month Contract to Hire

Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience required, Logistics, Supply Chain
Experience writing documents on topics such as process improvement proposals and understanding of basic data analytical skills
Entry level knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data
Interpersonal and customer service skills will need to present to shippers and conduct business reviews
Overview:
Our Clients Transportation Team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shipper Performance Coach to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Amazon Inbound Transportation.
As they continue to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management.
In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.

Responsibilities include:
-Monitor, verify, and present data daily
-Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time
-Identify transportation defect root causes
-Maintain Daily logs on assigned shippers
-Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers
-Lead Daily Business Review stand up spacer
Position Review Notes:
+ Inbound supply chain team (30% of inbound loads)
+ Support for Shippers with defects
+ Working with external stakeholders
+ Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers
+ Lead weekly calls with shippers
+ Lead daily business reviews with shippers
+ Excel
Handles the operations for the relay app; trucking companies can go in and accept rides with loads and containers.

+ This app is the way of the future for our client, all delivery containers will be managed and moved through this app

Typical Day in the Role
+ Making sure the loads are visible on the app using excel and portals
+ Managing disruptions on the portal
+ Running reports (I.e.
why a container sat without movement for awhile)
+ Tracking containers in your region
+ Reporting out verbally on things that are happening in your scope
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Looking for backgrounds supporting logistics preferably in an account management or vendor management role.

+ If not logistics experience, then customer/account management experience handling customer accounts.

Strong written communication
+ Tech savy; navigating multiple databases and ability to navigate the App.

+ MSFT Office; including Excel -Problem solving -Ownerships, Bias for action, and Deliver Results
