INTECON, LLC is seeking a dedicated 13-1081 Logistician / Supply Chain Analyst to support Air Force supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating logistical functions, conducting lifecycle management, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and efficient operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze and coordinate all aspects of logistical operations, including the complete lifecycle of products from acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, to final disposal. Maintain and update supply chain databases for efficient tracking, management, and reporting of inventory and logistics data. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategic recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations. Collaborate with AFSC management, command-level staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless support, adherence to policies, and efficient supply chain processes. Support audit response efforts by providing comprehensive data analysis and implementing recommended compliance changes. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by researching policy updates and refining logistics procedures for better operational outcomes. Engage in report generation and prepare briefings, ensuring accuracy and clarity in the presentation of data to management and decision-makers. Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree in a related discipline. Experience:
Journeyman: 3 to 10 years of relevant experience coordinating logistics operations, ideally within an Air Force or military environment and in managing the lifecycle of logistics operations, with proven leadership in acquisition, allocation, and disposal processes. Certifications and Training:
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), or APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). Training and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access Database Management for data analysis and reporting. Security Clearance:
