Logistics Administrator

AM Home Delivery is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Administrator to join our team. As a Transportation Administrator you will play a crucial role in our fleet and terminal operations, ensuring efficient best in class deliveries and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct daily delivery audits for assigned terminals. Manages inbound communication, such as phone calls and messages, e-mails to include driver's issues and customer service. Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed. Administrative support to fleet team and terminal operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred. Microsoft Office Skills, with expertise in Excel. One year of relevant experience Preferred. Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor. Highly professional and dependable. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress. Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Manage a diverse appointment schedule for several accounts.
