HOW A LOGISTICS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities
Candidate will work within a dynamic team environment to provide direct support to instructor cadre and ensure proper stock levels are maintained for classes to be carried out at various Washington Metro Area locations. Candidate will primarily maintain and transport ammunition stocks located on government compound
Candidate will be expected to work with minimal supervision and be able to effectively communicate with mission partners both in person and via written channels. If mission dictates, candidate may be called upon to provide unscheduled, emergency support
With support of senior support officers, will coordinate the movement of gear, equipment and supplies through internal transportation channels. Candidate will research most cost effective and timely mode of transportation to address customer needs in line with standard regulations
As necessary, may be required to change flat tires or jump start vehicles in order to get them to a service shop. On a routine basis, inspect vehicle for irregular wear and tear and record mileage within the office tracking database
Candidate should be well versed or able to quickly become proficient in all aspects of shipping and receiving of procurement/purchases, to/from domestic and international sites and familiar with Sponsor asset tracking/packaging, shipping and ordering software WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
Required Skills and Abilities: Must be able to lift and/or carry loads of up to 50 lbs at a time

The likely salary range for this position is $74,800 - $101,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
