Who You Are: As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in processing inbound wholesale orders, managing inventory databases, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring products are picked, packaged, and labeled to meet state compliance standards. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, helping us expand in the cannabis wholesale market. What You'll Do: Assist with inventory counts, merchandise, and supplies, posting totals to records. Collaborate with Inventory Coordinator(s) to compare and verify inventories against office records and production or purchase documents. Prepare inventory reports, including balance sheets, price lists, and shortage reports. Use BioTrack to ensure inventory compliance with state regulations. Help manage transfers and prepare delivery manifests. Stock and issue materials or merchandise. Support wholesale orders, including picking, packaging, counting, labeling, and scanning. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all inventory tasks. Maintain correct labeling and product information. Promote company values and culture with integrity and honesty. Maintain professionalism under pressure, setting a positive example for the team. Assist in cultivation as needed. Perform other duties as required by management.
