Spreetail is hiring a Logistics Coordinator responsible for collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders for our brands and marketplaces. \n How you will achieve success:? Monitors outbound processing, and shipping delays, and tracks the number of delayed orders/labels. Communicate regularly with fulfillment centers and carriers regarding their performance to improve on-time origin scan and on-time delivery metrics. Resolve various issues with small parcels and LTL carriers. Periodically review carrier trailer logs to ensure that trailers are being pulled on time and escalate to carrier contacts when needed. Prepare shipping documentation such as BOLs when auto-generated BOLs fail or are not given to carriers. Assists/consults Customer Experience on general guidelines and timelines related to order processing and shipping (e.g. before Christmas). Contrives and troubleshoots new ways of outbound processing that result in a greater percentage of orders processed automatically, resulting in lower manual touches. Confers with Marketplaces and suggests changes to reduce time span between "Order Placed"–and "Order in Waiting to Clear" (e.g., eliminating late Walmart order drops). Observe trends and issues specific to certain marketplaces. Conducts Parcel and LTL invoice reviews and prepares disputes that are provided to carriers to ensure we are invoiced correctly at shipment quotes provided by carriers. Cross-departmental teamwork to ensure shipping templates are accurate – Weights, Dimensions, HTS codes, NMFC and classification codes, box maximums, etc. Manually create and process sales for Baazarvoice, a product review program to improve reviews, and increase visibility and sale conversions of our products. What experience will help you in this role:? 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations.Preferably a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Transportation, Business, or a related field.Good math skills – The ability to perform mid-level calculations in your head, such as shipping cost comparison between different carriers and shipping scenarios. High-level computer proficiency. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS OneDrive, Internet browsers, email clients, Google docs. Familiar with Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, and PayPal.
