Logistics Coordinator

Our client is a globally recognized women's inclusive lifestyle brand that delivers quality and relevant products at an accessible price point while keeping sustainability in mind.
They are now seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Operations and Logistics team in managing purchase orders, updating the database, and more.


RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the team to manage inventory and between customers and internal teams on delivery.
Communicate with 3PL daily while working with Purchasing and Procurement to ensure all deliveries are on time.
Coordinate daily logistics to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.
Track shipments, update stakeholders, resolve delays or discrepancies, and work directly with the warehouse team.
Prepare, analyze, and present logistics reports to improve processes.
Manage data entry and logistics documentation within the current ERP system.
REQUIREMENTS A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Willing and able to work in the office.
Minimum of two years of experience in logistics for a fashion brand.
ERP experience Experience in retail or fashion logistics.
Familiarity with retail launch calendars.
Collaborative attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in running and presenting reports.
Must have strong Excel skills.
