About The Role Nili Lotan is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of our products from production to our customers. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing various aspects of our supply chain. Responsibilities Manage pre-payments and factor approvals for wholesale clients. Communicate regularly with the sales team to identify and resolve issues. Input EDI POs into RLM, resolving discrepancies with wholesale partners. Support domestic and international shipping, including vendor portal updates. Create international customs paperwork and coordinate with the warehouse. Process internal clothing allowance orders and Monday Retail Order Replenishment. Monitor inbound shipments from factories and returns from wholesale/retail partners. Fulfill order requests for internal departments (Retail, Production, PR, etc.). Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure SLAs are met. Assist with investigating and disputing vendor chargebacks. Work with the Senior Manager and Director of Logistics to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications 1-2 years' experience in a similar position-not necessarily fashion but preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. High degree of accuracy. Knowledge of inventory management software and proficient computer skills including but not limited to: RLM, Adobe Reader; Office 365; and Google Suite. Excel a Must. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
