Logistics/Shipping Coordinator
Contract Role: 4 to 6 months
On-Site: Redlands, CA
Assist with new ERP implementationManual input of shipping and Pick ticket information in data baseVerification and matching of BOLs and Pick ticketsCoordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation companies to schedule shipments.Track shipments, update stakeholders, and proactively resolve issues or delays.Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules.Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage stock levels and fulfillment processes.Data EntryVerifying BOLs, Pick ticketsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or Shipping Coordinator or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of supply chain procedures and logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS).Excellent organizational skills.Strong Data Entry skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
