**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Enter request orders (requisitions) into automated system to trigger acquisition process for multiple contracts in multiple countries.
+ Maintain tracking system of all acquisitions from identification to receipt at final site.
+ Maintain metrics supporting the process.
+ Identify and resolve bottlenecks and expedite acquisitions as needed.
+ Analyze situations accurately and recommend effective courses of action.
+ Monitor and maintain visibility of all requests throughout entire acquisition process.
+ Coordinate daily with Requestors, Cataloging, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management groups.
+ Provide cataloging support to multiple contracts in multiple countries.
+ Catalog items in accordance with DoD and Federal Cataloging Standards.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:**
+ Minimum two (2) years of experience in property/ material/ logistics/ business management or support operations in military, government, DoD, or commercial supply.
+ Prefer experience at logistics/property analyst level.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Prefer Associate Degree in related field such as business management or logistics management.
+ Prefer certification by professional association in a related logistics, supply chain, property organization.
+ Strong analytical and data entry skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office software with strong knowledge of databases and spreadsheets.
+ Knowledge of logistics, supply principles, and supply chain management.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Strong team-building and team-member skills.
+ Prefer working knowledge of MILSTRIP, FEDSTRIP, and GSAdvantage logistics procedures and categories.
+ Prefer knowledge of Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A).
+ Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance at proper level.
+ Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment.
**Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:**
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communications, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
Must be able to access hazard operational areas which may include the wearing of PPE for periodic oversite of operational activities.
