Threat Tec, a leader in operational support and intelligence solutions, is seeking a skilled Logistics Planner and Graphics Support professional to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role is critical in supporting strategic engagements, planning, and delivering exceptional graphics support for senior leadership events and projects.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesPerform logistics planning actions to evaluate, coordinate, and address logistical requirements supporting USSOCOM Wargaming, Warfighter Talks, and capabilities development efforts.Research and analyze information to identify relevant factors, develop analytical methods, and provide recommendations to address problems effectively.Independently manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with minimal supervision.Plan and execute large-scale events (>30 participants), including conducting research on venues, scheduling and leading site surveys, and presenting findings and recommendations to the Government.Synthesize complex data into comprehensible graphics using PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphics software.Provide administrative support, including:Managing calendars and daily schedules.Organizing team meetings, scheduling conference rooms, and preparing for sessions.Attending meetings to take notes or present information.Preparing and compiling presentation slides and print documents.Reviewing emails for priority information and meeting requests.Troubleshooting schedules and adjusting priorities as needed.Coordinating travel and creating itineraries.Develop and maintain an electronic resource with key points of contact to ensure mission continuity accessible to all stakeholders.Prepare briefs, information papers, and presentations using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access). Qualifications3 years' experience at the strategic/operational level (military, contract, or civilian) working with DoD Services, Combatant Commands, or supporting strategic engagement programs (e.g., wargames, experimentation, Warfighter Talks, Service-level conferences, and events).3 years' experience developing verbal and written products at the general/flag-level command staff.3 years' experience planning large-scale events, including conducting research, leading site surveys, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.2 years' experience using web-based programs, social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel), Adobe Photoshop, and other graphics software.Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. Preferred QualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in creating high-quality graphics and presentations.Demonstrated ability to function independently in high-pressure environments.
