We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented, team player for the LOGISTICS SPECIALIST role in our International Product & Sourcing Group (IPSG). The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing the purchase order process from creation to receipt along with managing international transportation, logistics and supply chain, inventory and replenishment, wire & domestic payments, US customs file audits of all international import orders. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order items from international vendors, arrange transportation and track Ocean and Air shipments throughout the whole supply chain.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors, third party logistics providers (3PL), customs brokers, and government agencies.
Manage operations workflow and apply lean and continuous optimization to internal operations SOP's.
Data Analysis and Reporting duties using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other software related.
Review and process international wire transfers to suppliers/vendors and domestic payments to third party logistics providers (3PL), customs brokers, government agencies to ensure accuracy and proper recordkeeping.
Responsible for import compliance in the areas of record keeping, HTS classification, CBP valuations, OGA regulations, etc.
Audit documentation for accuracy, accounting and US customs purposes; act as a liaison to corporate Accounting Department.
Implement import operational procedures to ensure US Customs compliance.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of experience as a Logistics Specialist, Supply Chain Specialist, Import Analyst or similar role and Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to balance multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Proven track record of meeting deadlines under limited supervision
Self-managing and pro-active
Extensive attention to detail, accuracy and meeting on-time deliverables
Knowledge of logistics & supply chain, international trade, global sourcing, inventory management and general accounting practices
A team player with good interpersonal skills and work ethic
