We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor for 2nd shift. This position will be based at our growing facility in Grand Prairie, TX.
You'll make an impact by:
Leading all aspects of inventory control, material handling, and shipping activities in the manufacturing areas while improving inventory accuracy on the production floor.
Handling schedules and balance all workforce requirements while prioritizing and ensuring line stock replenishment, the shipments of finish goods, and timely processing of put away of incoming material from fabrication area and warehouse.
Implement and improve cycle counting process; including root cause analysis, accuracy on ERP data for bin locations, and will support the implementation of corrective actions and includes also highly active participation on annual physical inventory.
Coordinate with manufacturing engineers to ensure the availability and well-functioning of material handling equipment.
Performs all normal supervisory functions including, but not limited to, hiring, training, process implementation, managing time and attendance, productivity, performance evaluations, discipline and ensure safety for logistics area.
Manage and supervise key performance indicators as productivity, put away cycle times, safety indicators, among others, establishing continued improvement processes and culture for logistics team.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of related experience.
3 plus years of validated experience supervising teams with 5 or more team members.
3 plus years of experience in warehouse/material handling/logistics functions.
Sophisticated knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel), well-organized, problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain or engineering.
Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certificates
APICS certification
Excel macros knowledge

The pay range for this position is $66,220.00 - $113,520.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
