Your day-to-day as a Logistics Supervisor: Manage daily workflow and ensure efficient operations in the Metals Processing Area Prepare and document precious metals scrap, ensuring processing times and standards are met Monitor metals inventory, conduct physical counts, and update refining results in the ERP system Train staff and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and customer service standards Ensure accurate purity testing, prepare bullion products for shipment, and handle customs paperwork and front office duties Your skills and experience: Solid business understanding with strong analytical and math skills, knowledge of metals testing is a plus!2+ years of proven leadership experience Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SharePoint and Access is a plus!
