Responsibilities
• Operate a 53-foot tractor-trailer to deliver commercial tires/wheels• Maintain a safe and clean driving record• Execute client delivery schedules and proper loading/unloading• Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment inventory levels• Maintain Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and report any errors• Effectively communicate traffic violations, accidents, breakdowns, or delays• Conduct pre and post trip inspections• Assist with route planning• Stay overnight in tractor-trailer sleeper• Review orders and enter casing information
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• At least 21 years old• Clean driving record• At least 2 years' experience within the industry or related management position• Valid Class A CDL Driver's License and insurable to drive• DOT Medical Certification• Commercial TIA certification preferred• Ability to pass background check and drug screen• Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel overnight• Excellent customer service and communication skills
