Our client, an investment banking firm, is looking for an long term temporary Executive Assistant to support their team! Our client requires workers to be vaccinated, subject to a request for a legally recognized accommodation request. Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm *Fully Onsite Responsibilities include: Acting as gatekeeper, directing visitors and phone calls Managing complex executive calendars Creating all presentation collateral for meetings Arranging travel plans and itineraries Submitting expense reports Overseeing additional administrative tasks Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred 3+ years of administrative experience Finance experience is a plus Organized, efficient, and proactive Excellent interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Highly organized and detail-oriented Please submit your resume for consideration.
