Description
Execute strategies to manage the department's ongoing effort to achieve the lowest possible delinquency and charge off ratios. The position will provide oversight and leadership for the Loss Prevention department operations, initiatives, and strategies that create and maintain MMFCU's financial soundness goals. Maintain continued relevance of Loss Prevention systems and related products, programs, and services; responsible for optimizing MMFCU's loan and deposit portfolio performance. Oversee Loss Prevention staff and provide support, leadership, and guidance.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience required.Minimum of 5 years' experience in Loss Prevention servicing, as to completely understand bankruptcies, legal action, repossession, foreclosure, and garnishments.Supervisory Experience required.Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education. Location: Baxter
