Job Description: 
We are seeking an entry to mid level, highly motivated Low Voltage Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of low voltage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities: 
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.

Lead and motivate project teams, including Low Voltage Technicians and other relevant personnel.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the team is working efficiently and collaboratively.

Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project costs.

Implement and uphold quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure that work meets industry standards and client specifications.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.

Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and change orders.

Prepare and deliver project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications: 
Previous field experience as a lead technician or foreman
Proven experience as a Project Manager in low voltage systems, security, or related industries.

PMP certification is a plus.

Strong understanding of low voltage technologies, including security systems, access control, and audiovisual equipment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in project management tools and software.
