Country Manor Health Care & Rehab Center has been serving central MN for over 50 years. Assist the RN Supervisor with the overall operational function of the facility during the NOC hours
Act as a resource for nursing assistants and support staff
Make routine resident visits to assess physical and emotional status and implement any required nursing interventionsAssist patients to achieve and maintain the highest level of self-care and independenceMaintain positive and effective communication and relationships with the patients and their familiesCommunicate all pertinent information concerning resident care to RN SupervisorAble to problem-solve, think critically, and take immediate corrective action if patient well-being or care is in jeopardyAssist with orders as necessaryAssist in the verbal and written communications of patient information to appropriate personnel, physicians, and point of contact
Assess patient symptoms and changes in conditions, and maintain accurate reports and documentation regarding resident status Other duties as assigned
Must hold a current license and be in good standing as a Licensed Nurse in the State of MinnesotaMust be CPR certified and have completed first aid trainingMust have previous experience in nursing or other healthcare/medical fieldsExperience with memory loss preferred, but not requiredCompassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious management or leadership experience preferred, but not required This position includes competitive pay, plus shift differential and supervisory bonus!
