Right at Home of Cincinnati is currently seeking a Clinical Liaison Representative who will be responsible for insuring a consistent level of quality care to our patients/clients.
This individual will be a Strong Relationship Builder and Results Oriented Professional.
The right individual will share our vision for providing exceptional care for Seniors and those with disabilities.
Requirements:
Degreed as an LPN or RN A minimum of 2 years if proven experience working with patients in the health care industry.
The Ability to perform clinical assessments under the direction of an RN.
Proven experience in building Strong Relationships and Trust with referral sources Must be creative and self-motivated, have pleasant, compassionate and helpful disposition.
Marketing Experience Preferred.
