The Position:
Establish systems of treatments and medication administration that ensure safety, therapeutic outcomes, efficiency and the opportunity to evaluate the residents needsDocument into the medical record all relevant changes and or challengesLead the caregivers and inspire them to grow into their fullest potentialWork with MD and CNP to establish needs and to implement all care as orderedProvide a therapeutic support to families providing time, patience, trust and effective communicationSupport the Department heads and create a synchronicity with the Director of NursingAlways be a strong and respectful advocate for the residentsEncourage and support the sales efforts of the communityComplete all other tasks as assigned Requirements: Must possess a current and active license to practice as an LPN in IllinoisMinimum of one year experience working with the aging population is preferred but not requiredUpholding nursing best practice and standards of care for an aging populationComprehension and adherence to state regulationsWilling to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and holiday #INDIL123
