THE BELMONT VILLAGE DIFFERENCE About the Role
As an LVN or LPN at Belmont Village, you will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, help ensure regulatory compliance and assist with quality monitoring.
You will communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and staff as needed ensuring timely clinical interventions and follow-up.
You will oversee Medication Technicians and Caregivers while providing direction on daily shift assignments.
Typical ResponsibilitiesFollow up on physicians orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers and report to physicians and families any changes of condition or other pertinent clinical care informationProvide medication administration to an assigned group of residents according to physicians orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations documenting as necessaryEnsure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of Medication Technicians and care providersMake appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive mannerUpdate and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports
