Job Title: LPN LTC

Job Location: Highlands, NC

Job Type: Contract, Traveler - 13 weeks

Job Duties:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and outcomes.
* Identify and address areas for improvement in patient care and case management processes.

Job Requirements:
* 1+ year of recent LTC or SNF nursing experience.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
* Current LPN License- NC or Compact
* Covid Vaccination and one Booster

Schedule:
* Night shift with Days(Friday, Saturday and Monday).
* 3x12
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
