Lpn - Neurosurgical Weekend Option Nights

Sign On Bonus Eligible: Up to $3,000
Schedule:
36 hrs/wk (3x 12 hr shifts)

Fri, Sat, Sun

Night Shift - ********
Requires a 1 year contract

3 weekends off in the 12 mo agreement

$15/hr incentive on top of base

+ Shift differentials- Days, Nights, Weekends

Must successfully complete orientation before moving to weekends
Qualifications:
Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Experience:

1 yr LPN experience
Licensure:

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
Certifications:

Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
