About the Role:
The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care in a clinic setting, working under the supervision of a provider.
Responsibilities:
Administer medication and treatments as ordered by the provider.
Monitor and report patient vital signs and changes in condition.
Assist with patient education and provide support during visits.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Current Minnesota LPN license.
Basic Life Support certification.
Work Schedule:
Clinic hours: 8:00am-5:00pm; 72 hours every 2 weeks.
