Responsibilities
• Responsible for all Infection Control monitoring, tracking and prevention• Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following the facility policy and procedures redirecting or educating as necessary• Ensure the core principles of infection control are being observed• Any other tasks as directed by the DON
Requirements
• Current RN or LPN license without any enforcement action against it• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
