LPN (part-time opening) - up to $40-50/hr
We are seeking several compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to assume supervision within an assigned unit of the facility.
They will be responsible for providing patient-driven care and support.
They are expected to follow and contribute to a plan of care for individual patients in accordance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
The incumbents will work both as team members and independently, communicating in a clear and constructive manner to members of the team, patients, and their families.
This part-time position offers up to $40-50/hr.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional nursing care to residents by assessing health status, responding to call lights or requests for assistance, and making observations on rounds Administer nursing treatments, procedures, doctor orders, and care plans; observe, identify and respond to the needs for care Identify, evaluate, and assess health status; confer with supervising Registered Nurses (RNs) and assigned medical staff for treatment modalities Recognize urgent or emergency patient care situations; seek assistance from the RN and/or medical staff and initiate appropriate emergency interventions as directed or needed Qualifications: Valid LPN license in MA Must have a vehicle At least 1 year of experience BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
