Responsibilities: Performs duties of a licensed practical nurse as prescribed by the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act.Contributes to the development of a plan of care and follows through with such plan for selected patients.Administers medication with a high degree of safety and accuracy.Maintains the exam rooms and work environment.Documents nursing care and activities.Assists with patient care and monitors patients during procedures.Assists with the training of other staff.Assists departmental assistant with clinical matters. Qualifications: EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCompletion of an accredited LPN program ExperienceMedical office experience preferred, but not required.Priority on providing excellent patient care. Must be comfortable communicating with patients and other medical staff.
