We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to create 'once in a lifetime' experiences that our clients will remember forever. The Luxury Travel Designer is the face of WAC Travel. You should have confidence speaking to customers, and an enthusiastic personality with a sales background, and lots of travel experience. Tasks: Taking client calls and consulting. Analyzing and understanding the travel wishes of the client. Translating these travel wishes into a concrete itinerary draft including hotels, transfers, transport, tours, dates and locations. Quality checking itineraries created by the Sales Support team and discussing them with the client. Managing revisions (usually max 1) of itineraries by the client. Closing client deals on the phone. Staying in touch with the client over the life cycle. Skills: Manage pipeline and track key performance indicators to exceed goals. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, supervisors and co-workers both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills required to maintain up to date and accurate records and client correspondence. Attention to detail is paramount. Good eye for photography - composition, overall quality, selection of key criteria. Problem solving, and a 'go getter' attitude to exceed client expectations. Experience/Education: Bachelor's Degree. Recent travel to Italy, Greece, and other European locations. Office/admin experience in a professional setting. Sales and catering to high-end VIP travelers. Fluency in English is essential and proficiency in other languages is highly desirable.
