Lvn Clinic Manager - Family Medicine Clinic - Full Time - Exempt - San Dimas

Manages the daily operations of the Clinic and assists with in office procedures that are within scope of LVN License. Provides office supervision for a single specialty clinic. Assesses routine daily operations and initiates appropriate corrective action in order to maintain and improve services and patient care. Oversees staff that provides high quality, comprehensive and patient centered care including patient examination, development and administration of a treatment plan, documentation and communication with physicians and other referral sources and clinical guidance to licensed and non-licensed personnel. Works with various healthcare team members. Coordinates and ensures interdisciplinary educational in services for staff. Job Requirements a. Minimum Education Requirement : High school diploma or GED; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Associate's Or Bachelor's degree preferred. b. Minimum Experience Requirement: Minimum one to three years practice experience or related experience. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance theory, and ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT Coding. c. Minimum License Requirement: Licensed Vocational Nurse license required.
