Job Title: LVN / LPN in Long Term Care Job Specialty: Skilled Long Term Care / Transitional Care Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:30) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: 1 Year of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience License: LPN/LVN Certifications: BCLS Must-Have: - Experience with IV, central line blood draws, wound care, and blood draws- COVID vaccination with one booster Job Description: - Work primarily on 8-hour evening shifts- Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:15-25- No first-timer applicants- Requirement to work every other weekend- Assist with shower aide duties if needed- Travelers are expected to float between similar units and facilities within the state- Open to accommodating block scheduling- Ensure reliable transportation with no additional scheduling restrictions- Scrub attire in any basic color- Charting system used: Net Solutions- Orientation includes 40 hours non-billable- Modules, if required, are non-billable and are to be completed pre-start and annually
