Lvn Medical Practice Supervisor Family Medicine

Job Title: LVN Medical Practice Supervisor PIH Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled LVN Medical Practice Supervisor to join our Family Medicine team at the PIH Health Bloomfield Medical Office Building (BMF). This full-time, regular/at-will position is an integral part of our healthcare network that serves the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley region.

As an LVN Medical Practice Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Manager or Director with the supervision of department operations and staff, ensuring office efficiency and smooth workflow.

Responsibilities: Perform various procedures associated with routine patient encounters. Work closely with department leadership and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Maintain positive relationships with patients, practitioners, management, and staff. PIH Health is a nonprofit, fully integrated network known for excellence in patient care and patient experience, and we are looking for a professional who can contribute to our nationally recognized standards.

The successful candidate will be a strong patient advocate with excellent customer service skills, adept at maintaining quality control standards, and capable of interpreting, adapting, and applying guidelines and procedures. Time management skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to motivate department staff to achieve goals and establish effective working relationships.

The LVN Medical Practice Supervisor will also ensure that the practice adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $62,920.00 to $103,875.20 annually, reflecting the importance and expectations of the role within our healthcare network.
